Background:

Stuart Davidson joined Rankin Commercial Properties in January 2011. Mr. Davidson has over 13 years of extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in retail leasing, outparcel sales and ground leases. Stuart began his real estate career in Las Vegas in 1997 in the leasing department of Triple Five Nevada Development, the developer of the two largest shopping malls in the world, the Mall of America and the West Edmonton Mall.

Mr. Davidson spent five-and-a-half years in the brokerage community, representing landlords and tenants, at Grubb and Ellis and CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Davidson's has a destinguished client list throughout the years, which has included Dunkin Donuts, Firehouse Subs, Noble Romans Pizza, Family Dollar, Styles For Less and many more.

Stuart moved to Raleigh in 2007 and joined Landcore Commercial, before becoming Director of Leasing at Tricor International in 2008. While at Tricor, he oversaw the leasing of over a dozen Super Wal Mart anchored shopping centers in North Carolina, Georgia, and West Virginia.
