Background:

Charles Rankin started Rankin Commercial Properties in 2008 with the vision of creating a full service commercial real estate firm catered to handle every need of Landlord and Tenant/ Buyer clients. Before starting Rankin Commercial Properties, Charles was a Commercial Real Estate Broker with Grubb Properties, a local development company focused on mixed usedevelopment as well as office, retail, and multi-family management and leasing.

During his career Charles has been involved with the leasing and management of retail,office, and multi-family properties, as well as an acquisition specialist for retail, office, and industrial properties.  Charles specializes in repositioning and renovating commercial and multifamily properties for successful lease ups.
